My name is Carol Boote and I live near Keighley West Yorkshire.

I have a long history of health care as a qualified nurse, midwife and health visitor. I am a Reiki/Secheim Master/Teacher since 2015, and a practising qualified crystal healer since 2018. In these practices I developed a passion for meditation and can see at first hand how it has helped myself and others in an ever changing and challenging world.

I am keen to bring meditation to all groups of people and especially who may find access difficult but would benefit such as those caring for loved ones both in groups and take away skills to use in every day.
