Namaste!
I practiced Yoga for my physical well-being at first but Yoga and Dhyana (Meditation) did to me what it is destined to do, change my mental and physical chemistry. My profession as an actor got me interested in the various identities we carried and the urgent need to dissociate with them.
With great fortune I came across my Guru Yogi Buddhadeva from Bihar School of Yoga in 2012, from whom I first got initiated in Reiki healing (Master Reiki Healer) and then learnt Yoga and Meditation (200 hrs. Teacher Training), the complete science and philosophy behind it. Under his guidance I introduced yogic programs for the pregnant, for the children and the elderly. At the moment I am working on his words that he uses to bless and greet us, ‘Yogasth Bhav’ (Be Yogic Conscious).
To be able to teach his philosophy further internationally I took 300 hrs. Yoga and Meditation Yoga Alliance International teacher training certification from a wellness studio.
Teaching Mindfulness can be as rewarding as learning it. I chose to become a Meditation Leader with Skillful Mind to be able to study the minds and culture here.
So, using breath with postures to bring Mind, Body, Soul harmony is our aim. ‘Yoga will do to you what it’s destined to’, taking this as motto I practice and teach Yoga and Meditation to remain ‘in yogic consciousness’.
