I invite you to join me, Christine, to discover meditation. Beginners are welcome – even if you have never meditated before feel free to come along.
I live in Livingston in West Lothian and teach weekly meditation classes for adults and in the near future a class specifically for children, I also teach an 8 week course in Peaceful Weight Loss.
After spending nearly 20 years in the business world, I suffered a sudden cataclysm that stopped me in my tracks. After this, my outlook on everything changed. I am now able to see this as a positive intervention in my life as I was on the wrong path.
I have a Diploma in Counselling Skills, and in Counselling Children and Adolescents. I also hold Diplomas in Professional Therapeutic Counselling, Women’s Stress and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have studied extensively and have many qualifications in Mental Health Awareness and have personal insight into this. I am studying Psychology at the Open University.
It is due to my experience with mental health issues that I first started meditating and I would love to share this with the community in the hope that it helps them as it has me.
