I’m Kate Hubert and I have been practising meditation for more than twenty years, teaching for more than ten.
It all began, at a time in my life when I was struggling with pregnancy, stress and exhaustion. I saw an ad for a Deep Relaxation class at The Relaxation Center of Queensland, I went along, and that first class changed my life.
I continued to meditate as much as I could and even though I didn’t think I was “doing it right,” I felt better, calmer and clearer.
In 2005 I studied yoga and meditation at the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA). I attended a lot of courses and retreats and I have been running meditation classes since.
My classes started with 3 or 4 people in my home studio and the creation of my business flowed naturally from there.
Having a regular meditation practice has bought amazing benefits to my life and is my “go to” during times of stress and health issues.
I believe that meditation is the ultimate practice of selfcare and no words can explain how wonderful it makes me feel to teach these practices to other women.
My interests include yoga, meditation, photography, reading, travel and I am an advocate for Slow Living.
I volunteer at The Relaxation Center of QLD, teaching the very same class that started my journey, this is full circle for me.
I live in Brisbane with my husband and our 3 sons and I live with love and gratitude, everyday.
