Hi, my name is Jason Thomson and I live in Newcastle NSW and I’m a Father to 3 beautiful children.
I have worked in the Health and wellness industry for over 20 years. My journey began as a Stuntman-to personal training- to Strength Conditioning-to Rehabilitation and injury prevention-to working with anyone in Pain (emotional and physical).
Having traveled to America to continue my studies of PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) which has led me down a path of understanding the human body on a much deeper level and opened doors for me to work/learn in environments such as Arizona Diamond Backs MLB, NZ Hurricanes Rugby, Brisbane Roar FC A-LEAGUE.
My passion is to serve others and provide a safe platform for each individual to be the best version of themselves.
Meditation for me is the most important part of any health and wellness program. Calming the nervous system through mindfulness and meditation alongside breathing techniques learnt from PRI allows the body to move better and feel better.
