Start with a good posture


The mind and body are more interconnected than most people realise. So a good body posture that is relaxed but upright and awake will facilitate a good mental posture that is calm buy alert. That is why it is worth spending some time on getting the sitting posture correct. We do this by spending time checking the 7 points of a good posture – which intern can be view as a meditation in and of itself.  So it is a double win!
