Marguerita is a heartfelt and insightful Meditation leader and counsellor who aspires to see all individuals explore the delicacies of the human condition, overcome lifestyle obstacles and grow beyond any limitations in their personal quest for quality of life.

Marguerita believes in a holistic approach to health and well-being where individuals can best be helped through a collaborative multi-disciplinary team. Her ability to work alongside other knowledgeable professionals, and dynamically incorporate numerous models for health into her strategies, places her in the best position possible to initiate and foster positive change in the lives of her clients.

With a decade of experience in both the mental health and youth work sectors, Marguerita dynamically combines her seasoned people-helping skills with her in-depth knowledge of the social sciences to create a fortuitous hand-crafted counselling/ meditation journey.

Clients will in-turn experience vital therapeutic strategies designed to promote self-discovery and personal growth as they navigate the often challenging and multidimensional aspects of the human experience.

Marguerita’s standout passion for philosophy and sociology has led her to be a keen student of numerous forms of wisdom literature and spiritual paradigms. Her ability to reach beyond the human intellect and explore the very essence of our cosmic existence allows her to uniquely empower individuals to reach for and discover the often hidden treasures present in life’s most confronting adversities.

Marguerita has an adaptable style with notable experience across many fields of human interest. These include social/cultural minority groups; psychological problems and mental health; childhood and development; family systems and relationships; grief, loss and trauma; and spiritual/lifestyle dilemmas.
