My name is Erina Brown I have been In the Self-development industry for the past 5 years. I work with Women have separated from their partners and are feeling stuck, frustrated and confused with life. So they can find purpose, create balance and reconnect to who they truly are.
I am a behavioural profiler and I use NLP techniques, law of attraction, timeline therapy TM and other coaching methods including my signature program shooting straight to support my clients self-development journey. Meditation has helped me overcome anxiety, depression and insomnia: caused by complex trauma within my life. I now include meditation in my workshops and retreats and my clients love it.
