Meditation Leader

SHARON

Sharon lives and works in Bristol in the South West of England. She started her fitness journey around 5 years ago after putting on several stones in weight mostly because of patterns of comfort eating and bouts of depression.

 

After teaching kettlebells for a couple of years Sharon wanted to incorporate other forms of exercise in her portfolio and became a Pilates Instructor again because of the health benefits she personally experienced from its practice.

 

As part of her class Sharon included a short breathing or visualisation exercise at the end of the Pilates session to help the students relax – her interest and love of meditation was born from this simple encounter.

 

Sharon has used meditation to develop resilience and a sense of emotional wellbeing and wants to share the same benefits of meditation with others.
