My name is Chloe Bruce. I am 35 years old. A Wife, a Mother to two little boys and own a Massage Therapy Business. I am also a qualified nurse and worked as a registered nurse for 10 years but decided to go down a different path and I trained to be a Massage Therapist.
I have meditated a lot myself over the years and have found it so helpful in tackling stress and anxiety and for reducing negative thought patterns.
My dream is to help others feel better in their minds, bodies and soul. I really believe in the power of meditation and the physiological and psychological benefits it has. I intend to run meditation classes alongside my massage therapy business as I feel it will really complement it.
I have multiple sclerosis and have found meditation really useful for combating the fatigue that sometimes plagues me. Meditation has also helped to reduce my stress levels, having a really positive effect on my health and wellbeing.
I love being in nature and gardening is also one of my passions. I love eating healthy, clean food and nothing gives me greater pleasure than cooking a delicious and nutritious meal for my family. Music sings to my soul and I enjoy reading and the sheer escapism of it. I play the piano and love to socialise, but equally need time alone to reflect and contemplate the world.
Overall I am trying to find more balance in life and I believe meditation is the key to achieving this.
